He is a hardworking and versatile individual with excellent communication skills, he has a gentle touch, and he interacts well with patients.

Daniel is a graduate of York University (Kinesiology and Health Sciences) and The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences (Acupuncture and TCM), and as a result, he has knowledge, clinical experience and education in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.

During his 4-year acupuncture programme, he completed a 2-year internship at three clinics in Toronto: The Toronto Centre for Acupuncture (The Michener Institute), The Wasser Pain Management Centre (Mount Sinai Hospital), and St. John's Rehabilitation Centre.

Upon graduating in the spring of 2003, Daniel decided to split his time between three wellness centres: Total Health Chiropractic Centre (North York), The Bodyclinic/Satori Urban Wellness (Yorkville), and Sutherland-Chan (Metro Centre).

He is employed as a Registered TCM Practitioner and Acupuncturist.

He is a licensed Holistic Practitioner with the City of Toronto and a full member of TCMPAC (Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Canada).

Additional certifications in Clean Needle Technique, Acupuncture Physiatrics (musculoskeletal and physical conditions), and Constitutional Facial Renewal (for cosmetic acupuncture) were completed extra-curricularly.

Cosmetic acupuncture is presently growing in popularity as a safe and healthy alternative to other procedures (surgery, Botox, etc.), and there are no harmful side effects.
